明けましておめでとうございます。

家族四人でスイスへ春スキーに行きました。洋一は先端研センター長を無事終えましたが、再び情報基盤センター長に就任し、忙しい毎日を送っております。澄子は友の会と水泳を楽しみ､また洋一と山を楽しんでおります。

Merry Christmas and

A Happy New Year

All of our family with children, Harumi and Jun, visited Grindelwald, Switzerland and enjoyed skiing one week last April, just after Yoichi’s completion of the director-in-General of Research Center for Advanced Science and Technology.

After it, he was again assigned to another director-in-General of Information Technology Center, the biggest computer center of the University of Tokyo with 70 staffs. It takes almost one hour to visit this office from his laboratory, but he is sharing half of his time there.

Yoichi and Sumiko also enjoyed a 4 day voyage along Chang (Yangtze) River in China in August.

We also frequently visited mountains, and enjoyed hiking.

All of us are healthy and active for everything. We also wish you and your family a merry Christmas and a happy new year.
